We understand that everyone has questions. We would, too! If you don’t find the answers to your questions below, please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. If we can’t answer your question, we’ll work hard to find someone who can.

Where is the nearest airport?

Springfield Branson Regional Airport is the nearest full service terminal and it is 60 minutes from The Garland House.

Do I need to make deposit?

Yes, a minimum of 50% plus the $100 security deposit if you want to hold your reservation.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations received prior to 30 days of arrival are subject to $100 fee. Cancellations received within 10 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture.

Could I apply my deposit to another date?

Absolutely, depending upon availability.

What is the security deposit and is it refundable?

The security deposit is a damage deposit and a refund is at the discretion of the manager.

What would I do if there was a problem, e.g. with the plumbing, electrical, etc.?

You will be furnished with the company name and phone number that is on call to solve those problems.

Upon arrival how do I get into the home?  Will there be a key?

When reservation is finalized and paid in full you will be given a security code for entry. That code will be valid 4 hours prior to your arrival time and invalid immediately upon the end of your stay.
